Justin Trudeau 'disappointed' with U.S. rejection of Keystone

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he's "disappointed" by the U.S. decision to reject the Keystone XL pipeline, but that it will not hurt the strong ties between the two countries. "We are disappointed by the decision but respect the right of the United S
