When they find this savage there may be some solice for the family in the fact that Arizona still has the death penalty and if anyone deserves it, the perpetrator of this crime is the one.

I thought the shooting was in Alberquerque?

Tony Torrez, 32, has confessed to the shooting and was taken into custody Wednesday, authorities said.

    No suspects

"We have absolutely no suspect information at this time," he said. "We need the community's help. You had to have seen something. Please call us."

From the article. So, if you have different info a link would be nice.

The shooting was in New Mexico.

Turns out there are questions about Mr. Torrez' immigration status given that the Mexican Consulate has reportedly requested access to him for legal reasons.

If he's not a US citizen then he had no legal right to have a firearm and it will also be another act of murder by an illegal alien.

My mistake for some reason my mind went to Arizona when I read Albuquerque. But anyway, since there's no death penalty in New Mexico I guess it's this assholes lucky day. He'll get free room and board for a number of years and then be deported.

Sad that his act of random anger has ruined a families life while his is allowed to continue.

If only the 4 year old had a gun, she'd be alive today.

How can we get more guns in the hands of children so they can properly defend themselves.

Would you feel any better if she'd been killed by a crazy guy with a sword?

No, I would have felt the same.

She should have been armed with a sword.
