At this stage in the grand decline it's pretty much impossible now to go a day without some judge somewhere saying something completely horrid because of their own personal politics.

This seems to be more than one judge. Britain really does seem rotten in this new "cultural cringe" (Used to be the Aussies in relation to the Poms.)

I have to pre-emptively say that I'll be agreeing with Fiddy on this one. These clowns get appointed based on their political connections and political views and seem to have no concern at all about the consequences their politicized interpretations of the law have for the overall society or the nation. Even when the governments try to pull back on some of the insanity the courts seem to remain the bastion of destructive social engineering experiments.

It's more than the judges, but the people who made this new policy as well. Basically it reads that if the child says s/he enjoyed the sex there should be no consequences at all.

Well no. FD will rave on about those scummy Muslims, instead of focusing where the real rot lies. The sources FD likes to puke out here are all about those evil Muslims, as if there aren't plenty of Christian Britons who abuse children - that never seems to get reported, or at least posted here. Lots of child abusers out there. The real scandal is how the powers that be are responding tho them.

The double standard based on ethnicity is bad enough. The frightening part though is that the judge bought into that "honour" crap for the victim's families when she should have said outright to the families that they are forbidden by all civilized law from harming the girls in order to save face in their community.
