Here's another one from the Blaze.

    http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2015/09 ... errorists/

A Florida gun manufacturer has unveiled a new AR-15 assault rifle, complete with a Bible verse that is laser etched into its design — a weapon that ”would never be able to be used by Muslim terrorists,” according to a company spokesperson.

“Right now and as it has been for quite some time, one of the biggest threats in the world is and remains Islamic terrorism,” Spike’s Tactical spokesperson Ben Thomas told WTSP-TV in a statement. “We wanted to make sure we built a weapon that would never be able to be used by Muslim terrorists to kill innocent people or advance their radical agenda.”

The Tactical Crusader AR-15 assault rifle, which is selling for $1,395, features Psalm 144:1 etched into its design. The verse reads, “Blessed be the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.”

An official description of the Tactical Crusader offers no mention of its apparent inability to be used by “Muslim terrorists.”

The rifle also includes the Templar Long Cross, which the Orlando Sentinel reported was a symbol of the Christian Crusades.

Additionally, the Tactical Crusader includes the words “Peace” and “War” on its safety selector, which are the settings for “safe” and “semi-automatic”; the words “God wills it” are also present on the firearm.

Thomas, a former Navy SEAL, said that he crafted the idea of including Christian themes in an effort to preclude radical Muslims from using the rifle.

“Off the cuff I said I’d like to have a gun that if a Muslim terrorist picked it up a bolt of lightning would hit and knock him dead,” he said.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations of Florida was quick to speak out against the firearm.

“Is it designed for Christian terrorists?” Hasan Shibly, executive director of the Florida branch of the Islamic civil rights group, rhetorically asked the Sentinel. ”We need to have a conversation on gun violence. There has been utter silence from gun manufacturers. It’s time for them to stop trying to make a buck on this.”

I'm sure ISIS would just scratch out those engravings or cover it up. Nobody's going to pass up on taking weapons if they have the chance. Also there's nothing in that psalm that is counting to Islam, I mean "blessed be the Lord" is the same thing as "Allah u akbar". Why wouldn't they want that on their weapon?

They're for sale in America. I'm sure there are owners there who would let you pass a message on to your heroes to "Come n get em."

Gonna be a real hoot in the media when one of the staunch Christians that buys one of these things uses it to kill a dozen people at school or in a shopping mall, with all or most of the victims not even being Muslims.

So, having the abomination loving, murderers not use this weapon is going to make a difference? Considering there are around 100 million AK-47's available for them to use in creating their new caliphates the impact of denying this weapon to them while laudable is also laughable.

Collecting price data for panel analysis requires an operational definition of the variable of
interest that will provide consistency across time and countries. In the case of small arms there is
an obvious choice: the AK-47 assault rifle. Of the estimated 500 million firearms worldwide,
approximately 100 million belong to the Kalashnikov family, three-quarters of which are AK-47s (Small Arms Survey 2004).

Which, is likely why the AK-47 and other variants is the weapon of choice for terrorists, New Caliphiters and other groups bent on causing mayhem and destruction wherever they pop up. Or, it might just be that these weapons are extremely cheap, available in droves and so unsophisticated that even a poorly trained monkey could learn to use and maintain them with minimal assitance.

It's a stupid sales stunt to appeal to the feeble-minded, just like it was when those assholes were selling bullets with hog fat in them to specifically kill Muslims with. Cheap sales gimmickry for morons is all it is. Nothing new to see at all.

Yes, and I'm sure in your little narcissist pea brain Humanity is crying itself to sleep over what you think.

I have no pro or con feelings towards or against this rifle. It's interesting that somebody thought it should exist is all. I imagine some will buy it. I saw a crusader pistol when I was looking for graphics.

But no, I doubt anybody who buys this is worried ISIS is going to get it, and file off their poetry.

Hey Beave...does ISIS have bubblegum fan cards for you guys yet?

    No it isn't, you numbskull.

There's debate on the context of the Jihadi war cry which is how we of the west are most likely to hear it. Most commonly it's translated as God is great, but there's a claim that in context what a Jihadi is hearing in his head when he calls it out is "God is Great-er" as in "My God is greater than your God."

Comparing them to Muslims is kind of an insult to monkeys. Don't be mean to monkeys, dude. It's not nice.
