QUIZ: Do you know British Columbia’s famous mascots'

I suprised myself by doing decent on this.

I only knew one for sure, and guessed the rest.

But 80%.

Same here with the guesses. I got 90%. The only two I knew for sure were Mr. PG and the mascot from Expo 86; mailny because I still have the piggy bank version of him somewhere.

90% also with the guesses coming on strong.....but WTF was Bongy????

I didn't know anything about any of them. The only ones that I had ever seen were the Olympic mascots and I never knew the code.

Even then, I scored 50%.

I got 60% and every single answer was a guess!

Alluded to Victoria's pumping of raw sewage into the Juan de Fuca Straits, something that should have been rectified very many years ago!

I remember what Halifax harbour used to be like before sewage treatment. Millions of jellyfish and assorted ... crap going out with the tide and millions of jellyfish and the same assorted crap sucking back up the harbour as the tide came back in. A Newfie I knew (named Elvis) used to call Halifax Harbour: "The Septic."
