The widow of the late RCMP spokesperson who became the face the Robert Dziekanski case has launched a lawsuit against the RCMP alleging the force made him a scapegoat.

    I always villfied this guy, but I guess he was just acting on orders too. The real scandal in this affair is that the superiors of the officers who tasered Dziekansky were never charged with facilitating perjury and lying. As usual, the guys on the bottom take all the blame while the top people carry on as usual.
