    More leaders should have the concern to visit a Federal facility and learn their stories. Nation states will fail economically if they spend vast amounts of money on punishment rather than rehabilitation. Throwing people in cages, labelling human being "unfit for society" based on issues that are oten fixable is a recipe for global economic disadvantage.

    Obama may not be perfect, but he genuinely cares about the plight of his citizens on their soil.
