As wildfires continue to spread across Western Canada, a photo of a bear in trouble is spreading across the Internet, drawing attention to the threat fires pose to local wildlife.

While funny in the context, I never really followed that old wives tale. Plenty of times we hit the water during a rescue watch drill and the real times, after chowing down. Oscar, the useless tit, really picked some inconvenient times. Puking into a regulator has happened though.
