What atmospheric scientist Jiwen Fan saw on her television in July 2013 appalled her. The worst flooding to hit China in 50 years was happening in Sichuan province, in the same place that had been devastated by a massive earthquake just 5 years earlier. O

    Air pollution has FA to do with Chinese floods. They've been having epic floods since the dawn of civilization. It's nothing new in the least.
