Scientology is laughably stupid but it's really no dumber a spiritual concept than things like virgin births. Or the Rapture. Or angels and devils. Or talking trees that tell people to come and kill the Jew hiding behind it. Or divine and wrathful floods being sent to kill all the sinners. Or a guy who watched his wife get turned into a pillar of salt being given the A-OK later on to have sex with his own daughters.

It's all bullshit, all the way from Leviticus through to Dianetics. As moral fiction wrapped around a good-defeats-evil it's so poorly written it doesn't even deserve to lick the boots of something like Lord Of The Rings or even an average episode of Star Trek. And it all needs to be jettisoned entirely from the human mind before it one day succeeds in motivating someone who ends up killing us all.
