In my opinion he deserves to die........but I also think he should rot in jail for the rest of his life. Cheaper this way though.

    Statistically capital punishment costs more.

I'd be happy if he rots away in a cell for the rest of his life never to see the light of day ever again.

With all the appeals he will file, you will get both options.

That system is a joke, and should be streamlined to a maximum appeals process of 7 - 8 years at most.

I would expect it to take the same amount of time and effort as it was for McVay.

sentenced to die by lethal injection

seeing the present cocktail they use isn't as effective, he'll do some suffering before he disappears into the void.

Best way for him to go is to put him in front of a cannon on the Boston Marathon day and the firing of the cannon that kills him will also be the cannon to start the race.

How about strapping a pressure cooker full of nails, gun powder and a detonator to the front of his face, then do a count down.

From what I recall in the reporting about his parents, especially his psychotic mother, both of them deserve to be strapped down on gurneys of their own for the way they raised their sons.

Good. I hope they let him rot to death in a fucking sewer.

If this, or something like it, had happened in Canada... Do you think there would be enough public outcry to warrant a special exception to the normal laws and allow the death penalty?
