Doomed Russian Spacecraft Re-Enters Atmosphere Over Pacific Ocean

A Russian cargo ship that failed to reach the International Space Station following launch April 28 fell out of orbit Thursday night and burned up in the atmosphere, the Russian space agency Roscosmos reported.
