this does not say good things about our justice sytem.

Also, the black and native guy get found guilty, the white guys get off. Hope the crown appeals this verdict.

It is a little odd that the only liars are black and native. ROTFL

But, if we're gonna vilify judges when they let guilty bastards off or give them reduced sentences based on race then, we have to hold them all to the same standard.

So, the judges for Bentley and Rundel either know something we don't or are no better than their asshole counterpart on the bench who continue giving free passes to criminals because of their own political, moral and ethical views.

    Yeah, yeah.

The main issue is that presumably given the same set of facts, judges split the decision like this.

But sure, there could be a bias on the part of the judges.

As a person of Polish heritage, I am appalled at this ruling.

Heritage has nothing to do with it. It's the training of the officers and the attempted cover up that are the shame, whether it was a native born Canadian or somebody from Elbonia.

I'm native born, but my parents and borther were born in Poland. Your point is correct, cops everywhere use tasers way too easily.

Just look at this appalling story:

I hope that the police learned from this incident, that tasers aren't harmless. That's the minor point.

To me the big debacle is the attempt to cover up afterwards, only caught because somebody videoed it. And what I think is the assistance given the officers to collude on their story. As we can see from these verdicts, this is an ongoing issue.

But sure: kondolencje matce Rebort na

It's only an ongoing issue if you don't like the verdict.

Meanwhile, the officers will be back at work.
