New traffic signs are popping up across New York, calling out those who like to catcall women, a problem activists say can no longer be laughed off.

    Let's just get a completely controlled, politically correct, "The Giver" society going world wide and be done with it. It would at least end the stupidity we're forced to endure in this society.
