Given that they're Palestinians most of them likely won't willingly take up arms unless ordered to do so and even then with very limited success for ISIS.
The only things the Palestinians have proven good at in the last half century is screaming for the destruction of Israel, firing AK 47's into the air and chanting death to America. Oh yeah and firing inaccurate home made rockets into populated areas from Hospitals and Schools.
So, if ISIS is using these raids to recruit more believers all they're going to do is end up creating 18000 new live figure 11 targets for the Kurds to practice on because, if they think these voluntold Islamic warriors will delay the inevitable with their zeal and extremeist beliefs they're more delusional than previously thought.
