One wonders though if there should be some kind of trouble a-brewin' for them having access to a diplomatic vehicle while doing illegal acts. Doesn't look good for the Canadian consulate/mission if that's the case. That's something some Third Worlder POS in New York would do, like getting high and driving over some pedestrians and then claiming diplomatic immunity.
If so, then no great loss.
