Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized to Israel's Arab citizens on Monday for remarks he made during last week's parliament election that offended members of the community.

    This is why our system is better, rather than the proportional pap used in Israel. Likud will run the show holding only 30 out of 120 seats, or 23.4% of the vote. And, in order to hold onto power they need to build a coalition with allies from the frothing fringe.
