I don't know why so many places do something like this, then grovel when it gets a push back. ARe they so out of it they don't know it's going to generate controversy? Wait, I bet it's a clever ploy for publicity, since there' no such thing as bad publicity.

I'm pretty sure they knew exactly what they were doing! If not, the owner/manager is a total moron who doesn't know his/her ass from a beer keg. The only thing I think they didn't appreciate was the amount of controversy they generated or how quickly it would spread via social networking. As was stated previously.....any publicity is good publicity.

"Joke" was lame anyway. So nothing of value was lost. If you're going to put a Joke on your sign, at least put something on it that doesn't pre-date everyone who reads it.

As for Sexism, ya, it was and I shed no tears they were called out on it.
