Mohamed El Shaer, a Windsor, Ont. man on an RCMP high-risk travellers list with ties to a known foreign fighter, has fled the country, according to police.

    Let's hope they have better security when he tries to sneak back in. Bill C51 will do nothing about that. Hiring more security personnel, instead of laying off 500 RCMP would.
