    So hears a question. YCJA protects the use of a youth's name who both committed a crime or was a victim. However no crime actually occurred here, and this girl, from what I saw in the article, was never charged with filing a false report, therefore she is not a victim or a criminal, so what prevents this guy (the real victim) from opening a FB page and shaming the hell out of her? I'd do it, this is more than your average teenaged angst stupid spur of the moment decision.

    But you make a good point, Benn. Just be sure to stick to provable facts. Are you sure YCJA doesn't say anything about protecting the name of a youth that is/was involved in the justice system, no matter how?
