Nova Scotia law society can’t bar Trinity Western grads, judge rules

The Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society does not have the authority to deny future graduates of Trinity Western University’s proposed law school the possibility of articling in the province, a Nova Scotia Supreme Court judge ruled Jan 28.
