The drinking water comes from Shoal Lake in north-western Ontario. That's a long way all the way from the rez, where the intake is located, all the way to Winnipeg. There could be a leak anywhere along there.

Or, some overly qualified city employee hooked the sewer line up to the water line. 8O

All it takes is one person shitting into the water intake. Mind you the Shoal Lake reserve has had a boil water advisory for years.

Our water comes from Lake Ontario. We have 55,000,000 people upstream to us, shitting in our water supply.
