Former Centerplate exec charged in elevator puppy-kicking incident

A man who was video’d by an elevator security camera allegedly kicking a puppy has been charged. Des Hague, former Centerplate CEO, has been charged with two counts under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act.
