    They must have a central, jungle hideout. I don't think that many of us would miss them if a very large bomb were to "accidentally" vaporize them ... as warning to others.

    Do the Somali pirates, next.

    No, they are spread around. Not so easy to vaporize them without vaporizing the surrounding people. Even if you take out the head guy, somebody else will come along to lead them. Like gangsters.
