we couldn't pull them in for questioning and unbeknownst to them shove a very large explosive device up their asses before we allowed them to fly to the middle east and join the Jihad. Then, we could detonate it at will and take them and a bunch of their goat fucking friends out in one shot.
Or, maybe call them in and plant a tracking device in their body as part of pseudo medical problem while in custody. Then, we could ensure our planes had no problem finding and eliminating their ground targets.
I guess it'd be to much to ask for because on some level it would violate these good, honest, hardworking citizens Charter Rights and we wouldn't want to do that, would we?
