Barack Obama keeps throwing sanctions at countries for human rights violations, but Washington looks the other way when it comes to Saudi Arabia, Neil Macdonald points out. What's that all about?

Yep, and foreigners keep getting tweaked at the Americans who are distrustful of the US government.

Bin Laden was a Saudi ... a rich one near the Royal Family, too. They are not your friends.

    Isn't that better than this:

On the mouth yet. Guess they keep the actual ass kissing to when the cameras are gone.

Tightie Righties complaining about Obama being in the Saudis pockets, vs the Bush family, that's ROTFL

Too bad the article had no answers why this relationship continues.

Care to elucidate? IT's been established that the US shifted to Canadian oil from SA, so it's not just US companies wanting to make a buck, I don't think. The Bushes are certainly in SA's pocket (look out when Jeb runs for prez in 2016), but why does that continue under other presidents. Why is Obama keeping those pages secret. I think there has to be more to it than a few bucks.

C'mon man. Even I can photoshop better than that. Even you could, I bet, but let's not be hasty. Is that yours?

    This is the real pic.

    Here's another.

The hand holding ones are real too.

The reason I posted the cartoon though, was because the CBC piece was anxious to tell you this...

George W. Bush was once photographed, to the amusement of some Republicans, holding hands with the Saudi monarch.

    but forgot to mention this...

In any case - 2 presidents with dodgy connections to the Saudis. One was a Neo-Con. The next was a Neo-Comm. Either way that Saudi love crap needs to stop.
