Man, those Muslims, huh. You can tell he's Muslim with a name like Christian. Of course if it turns out he's actually Christian, then of course this is just a lone wolf with mental health problems. Muslims don't have those.

Gomez had been diagnosed with schizophrenia

Well, perhaps he was a moslem since it seems that every moslem attack these days is explained away by the media as being due to mental illness.

    XD

I like this game of yours andy. This is not the first time where you've postulated that a White person committing a heinous crime might possibly a Christian without having any sort of proof of any kind that they were.

"Oh gee, his name is Christian so he might just be one". Yeah, I went to high school with a guy named "Brick". Yes that was his real given name and no, he wasn't part of a wall just because his name was Brick.

But of course we know that anybody with a name like Mohammed is a devout Muslim and acting as a jihadi. 83% of Americans identify themselves as Christian, 92 percent of Latinos. The odds for a Latino named Christian being Christian are in my favor here.

Yes, and the Sydney and Parliament shooters had been identified as mentally ills, as had the Quebec driver - all poo pooed by you and your ilk as just being an excuse.

Oh, I don't disagree that they were insane, I'm just not convinced that insanity cancels out the crime.

No, the odds that his now deceased was a Christian are in your favour here, unless you're suggesting he picked the name for himself.
Of course you DO realize that Mohammed was an Arabic name long before the advent of Islam, right?

What I know is that every time somebody with a Muslim name does anything, it's blamed on his religion and the underlying inference, actually stated clearly by Fiddle Dick is that all good Muslim support whatever the depravity was, and it's only bad Muslims who don't. When we get depraved actions by non Muslims, likely to be Christian (if his mother was Christian he was raised Christian, right) he's a bad apple and he's probably not Christian anyway - yet everybody who has a Muslim name is assumed to be a devout Muslim. There are non-practicing, or only very occasionally practicing people of all religions, including Islam. When 92 percent of Latinos identify as Christian, I'm willing to bet dollars to donuts he identified as such too. Doesn't mean he was particularly devout.

Just trying to show the hypocrisy that everything that Muslims, whether devout or not, do is seen as a reflection on their religion by so many on CKA, while people who are or were raised Christian are just seen as outliers.

Then again you do not see Christians decapitating others in the name of God. You do not see Christians yelling "Jesus is Great and the only son of God" then blowing themselves up and killing as many people around them as you can.

What you do see is radical Muslims Decapitating others in the name of Allah. You do see Muslims yelling verses and or slogans from the Koran then blowing themselves up.

This is where your analogy falls apart andyt and marks you once again as a sanctimonious, anti Christian, and a plain old hater of anything that does not fit your liberal bent on life.

And yet, all you do is show what a stinking Liberal apologist you really are.

When I read the guy was quoting the Bible while doing it, screaming
lots of stuff about Jesus being the only saviour, and then blowing himself up,
after his church saying he was a good boy and is now with God,
then you might have a point.

Until then, you have shit as usual.

Actually, it happened for a few hundred years of religious warfare in Europe. The devastation of the 30 years war was so vast, it wasn't matched until WWI.

Decapitation was widespread during this period and it was very often done in the name of Jesus. If you are of British origin, look at the Dissolution of the Monasteries during the during of terror of Henry the 8th. and the English Civil War, both of which were "faith based" wars. Lots of heads rolled because of some fairly subtle differences in Christian doctrine.

Burned any witches, lately? That was all done in the name of Christ.

Yet this is not what we are talking about. Andyt is stating that this man did the decapitation for religious reasons. Implying that his doing this vile act is also equal to Muslims beheading westerners.
