A solo Christmas, snowshoeing across Great Slave Lake

David Arbeau plans to spend this Christmas on a 2-week, 200 km snowshoe trip across Great Slave Lake. ‘I've always planned on doing a long trip like this,’ he says. ‘It gives me time to be by myself, I'm in solitude. And I like that type of feeling.’
