A Fort Nelson man spent three weekends in –30 degree weather to build a giant snowman, complete with top hat and carrot nose, for his children.

...or June, or July...! I/we lived in FN for several years & my kids, tho born in Edmonton still refer to FN as their 'home town'. though I don't know this fellow, kudos to him.
