Thousands of people filled the pews inside Mary Queen of the World Cathedral in downtown Montreal Wednesday afternoon for the funeral of former Habs great Jean Béliveau.

Jean Beliveau's funeral was quite the well done affair, the only problem I had with it was the 3rd rate interpreter, some parts he totally missed and for the rest he mumbled his way through it.

I'm quite proud that English Canada has reacted so warmly and gracefully. A few more Beliveaus and maybe some more of the barriers will disappear.
