Charlottetown Police have arrested a 31-year-old city woman in connection with the theft of 15 poppy cans.

Havaing said that, when I did Poppy boxes for the RBL in Brussels, they gave me a photo ID, so there was no BS about collecting.

My guess is the RCL needs to grow up a bit.
