Sara and Peter’s five-year-old daughter was raped by the 12-year-old son of a neighbour. Since reporting it to Essex Police they have been subjected to a catalogue of blunders and cover-ups from officers.

    That is how the deal with the rape of a 5 year old?

    Piss poor isn't the phrase you describe this.

    My question is why the police went to such extraordinary efforts to defend the rapist family.

    You'd think they'd be FAR more diligent, wanting to remove a 12 year old pedophile from society. Do they actually think he won't do it again?! Idiots.
