Idaho teacher apologizes for killing, skinning rabbit in class

I think everyone would agree it's a good thing this teacher decided to use a rabbit for their demonstration and not some other livestock, say a 1,500 lb steer........

Isn't there a "You know you're a Redneck" joke with a punch line like this?

And it's something that urban kids should especially be taught so they don't think meat just grows on styrofoam plates wrapped in plastic. Guess they're going to have trigger warnings in highschool now.

I guess they could have warned students beforehand, let the easily disturbed kids go and pull weeds around the school or something to learn about killing plants.
