    Banning sales of tobacco. Some towns in states that have legalized pot also have banned pot stores - up to each individual town I guess.

    Hum, sound like some counties in certain state's that have dry or Wet laws except Local Home-rule where allowed. Sounds like in MA the State can yield laws by separation of powers on Tobacco to local Health Nazi Dept lol. I thought NY and CA where our fricken Nazi Nut-jobs :lol: . Dam that Libola Virus err.
