    A Constitutional Amendment process is becoming inevitable. I won't say if it will or will not succeed, just that it is likely to happen. Given that the Convention of the States is coming along at some point after the elections it might be an issue at the Convention.

    Keep in mind, even if the Convention proposes the Amemdment it still has to go to the state legislatures for ratification. It's not like it just takes effect upon proposal.

    But once it is done then it will be a very high hill to climb to undo it.
