After some fans and Internet commenters cried foul on a new online video promoting the Vancouver Whitecaps soccer team, club management quickly cut the clip.

    They say you can point to anything in the Sears catalog and someone somewhere either is offended by it or wants to sleep with it.

    Having judged the video for myself I unquestionably fall into the latter category.

    White caps, twin peaks, yes sir, i think i like it. Marketing to a predominantly male audience using things a predominantly male audience enjoys is against the rules. They should know better.

    Next they'll start having ladies nights at bars and people will start copulating, life will continue to exist as we know it and we will all go about our business as usual. Unacceptable.

    Guess with the male market saturated, pro sports is going after the laidies. They're not going to lose the men by being more thensitive, maybe pick up a few chicks. As far as the focus on domestic violence goes, that's probably a good thing.

    much as we bitch and moan about it, Wildrose makes some good points about all this stuff.
