Prince Edward meets with Duke of Edinburgh award winners in B.C.

His Royal Highness Prince Edward Earl of Wessex shook hands with 87 young high achievers on Saturday in Victoria. They were awarded the Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Award during a ceremony at Government House.
