The mother of a three-year-old says her daughter was injured at a Montreal swimming pool after she refused to comply with lifeguards' request that the child wear a bathing suit top.

    Yep, those 2 yo boobies are going to wreak havoc if exposed. Surely there comes an age when girls want to wear a top, just let them decide.

    Just sounds like more of the trend in the West anymore where anyone in any kind of authority thinks they can just make sh*t up and enforce it on everyone else.
