The US can't take a joke now when they're the brunt of it. When did this start?

Whatever. We won the War of 1812 and the proof is that we made Canada keep Quebeck.

Well we didn't burn it the first time, but there are plenty of TP supporters out there that likely have that as their wet dream

There were, in fact, no Canadians on that expedition, (unless they happened to be sailors in the Royal Navy). That force sailed straight from England. Same for the one that went to New Orleans ... all British.

It's still a war ruin 200 years later. When is the U.S. going to re-build Detroit, anyway?

I don't know why we had to "apologise" (it wasn't a real apology anyway. It can only mean that if you actually mean it). Political correctness strikes again.

And yet the Yanks are allowed to celebrate, every Fourth July, the fact that they kicked the British off BRITISH land. Why don't they apologise for that and give us our land back?
