    Their country, their religion, their rules and if people don't like it may I suggest they find another destination for some fun in the sun. If enough of people do that you'll probably see a relaxing of their 13th century dress codes.

    Otherwise, unless you enjoy bathing in a hazmat suit, stay the fuck away.

    I was thinking that too. It's their country let them do what they want and we can go somewhere else to party!

    No kidding. I really hope Israel qualifies for that one so Qatar has to publicly address their law that bans any Jew from being in their country.

    I was going to say something supportive of the Qatar's position on modest clothing and express sensitivity to their customs and so on but reading your comment I have to agree with that as well. If you have to smuggle in scotch you probably need to smuggle in Gin and Tonic as well which is a fundamental basis of all western civilized thinking.
