Jurors in Hawaii are set to begin considering whether a former soldier should be sentenced to death or life in prison for killing his 5-year-old daughter.

The Mother should have also have been eligble for the DP.
She had options available. And unless they needed her, a longer sentce would be right

    Poor little kid :(
    May she rest in Paradise.

May her sperm donor and his wife rot in hell.

Williams' defense team argued he was not eligible for a death sentence because of his low IQ. Mental health experts testified about intellectual impairments and low test scores.

Which, would explain why Williams committed his crime on a Military Base rather than outside the main gate where when convicted he couldn't be executed.

    Congratulations you dumb fuck.

Now, with any luck he'll soon become nothing but a bad memory for the rest of humanity and hopefully his wife has an accident in jail that makes her light sentence meaningless.

    Death penalty not required.

Prison. General population. Everyone will know why he's there. The life sentence will be a brief one.

    Her too.
