A lot of Mounties seem to get shot in Alberta. What's up with that?

The BC'ers all comment on how "flat" Alberta is. Maybe that's it. Nothing to obstruct/deflect the shots.

We have way more gangstas than Alta, yet seem to shoot way less cops. All I can think of is Alta = TX north, all of Bart's country cousins have moved there.

Ya think? I've never looked into it, but I would think BC (Vancouver and the large southern cities specifically) would have more gang problems than AB. And definitely more obstacles to shoot around.

Exactly my point - we have way more gangstas, but cops don't get shot as much, or so it would seem. But then in AB it's not the gangstas shooting the cops, seems it's more the hillbillies. Like I said, Bart's country cousins.
