Probably in the women category. Oda was pretty good but don't think she was that good.

Thibault's lawyer, Marc Labelle, said the definition of official functions of the lieutenant-governor did not exist.
I'm pretty sure you don't need strict definitions to understand that personal family events are NOT official functions of an LG

If fishing rods and tackle were tax deductible, I'd have had one hell of a return.
