Maybe Ukraine should shut down the pipelines runnig thru it.
Sure, then West Ukraine can get invaded too.
Far better to reset the prices of electricity, water and food going to Crimea.
And set a crash program for fracking, if they have any gas in Ukraine herself.

And yes, In a place of our government I would switch off electricity, gas, water and food transfer and will see how Putin will be helping them. Russians give us back our military stuff such as cars, tanks, weapons - all broken. When our minister asked wtf is that? They said that it was like this before.
