This tells me that if the election result is fairly close it could be challenged as to whether or not the result is legit.

Maybe, the ethnic cleansing of Quebec Anglos hasn't been as complete as you thought, Pauline.

    Blame the Auslanders, again.

Marois is a pur laine fascist.

That's pretty rich coming from a sepratist, considering the "irregularities" found after the last referendum.

Oh look she's already blaming the "ethnic (Any non native French Speaker by Quebec definition) vote" for her loss. Jacques would be proud!

Sounds like the PQ wants to engage in some good 'ol voter suppression.

What`s next proving you have pure Gallic lineage that extends unbroken for at least two centuries, and that your ancestors only came from select regions of Brittany and Normandy?

Here's a funny link about just where these reports about potential voter fraud came from in the first place...

For those who don't read French, one of the highlights is that the Parti Quebecois itself was responsible for the allegations of voter fraud that the Quebec electoral commission is now looking into.

Le Devoir also found a very interesting bit of information-in the riding of Sainte-Marie-Saint-Jacques, where this whole controversy started, there are fewer Anglophone and Allophone students registering to vote there than there was in 2012. The head of Quebec's electoral commission has since confirmed to the newspaper that there's nothing unusual there.

Pauline Marois is grasping at straws...and they're short straws at that.

    It is highly insulting.
