Sorry, what was I thinking. The term Veteran, money and refund is an oxymoron to the Conservatives.
So considerate that the effort was made to get the helmet back to its original owner.
They going fast. My veteran father would be 97 this year if he were still around. Find one of those olds guys, shake his hand and say "Thank you" while you still have the chance.
What are the chances that you would even find a 93 year old vet alive!

Not much happens to us when we hit those years and something like that really makes a difference.
