George W. Bush, playing his "well-meaning every-man" character, beat Al Gore in debates. I don't see this ending well for Al.
Agreed. Gore must see an opening though, because he's still too gutless to accept Lord Monckton's challenge to debate.
He either sees a weakness in Allison or he's getting desperate for anything that might somehow be presented as a victory.
Maybe he'll pull off a victory, have a surge of confidence, and run for the 2016 Democratic Party presidential nomination. We could use some humour down here.
