Mark Duggan, whose death sparked riots in England in 2011, was lawfully killed by police, an inquest jury concludes by a majority of 8 to 2.

    Remember the London riots in 2011 ?

    It started because this gangsta was shot by the police.

    The cops shot a man to death who was unarmed at the time they shot him to death. Sorry, kids, that's not justifiable no matter what the jury says about it.
