Just in time for Christmas, a number of new games are hitting the app marketplace this week, but tech experts worry parents are neglecting the fine print and will get an unwanted present when they get their next phone bill.

    What's the problem here? TO pay for level up a credit card has to be activated on the device. Just don't activate a CC on your kids devices or if it is on yours then password protect it and don't show your kids the password. Seriously, why would my kids need to have my CC authorized in their hand held devices?
