Yeah, there was a huge race at the end of the war to capture enemy tech - just look at the coup in rocket technology the US got at Peenemunde.
Sounds like they might have kept one - the article notes that one still hasn't been found. It's probably disassembled in a warehouse beside the Ark of the Covenant!
